No worries! Lots of community founders launch their communities only to discover afterward that they didn’t have all the pieces in place. Community Foundations meets you where you are, helping you to build missing pieces and strengthen what’s already there.

Books and courses can introduce you to the standard concepts underpinning successful communities. The problem is, they tend to give you a lot more “what” than “how.” Part of that is because there is no “typical community.” Each community is as unique as its founder, and cookie cutter approaches are almost always doomed to fail.
Community Foundations is different. While it does follow a proven framework, I will personally guide you as you apply these concepts to your unique community. You end up with a personalized gameplan that’s far more potent than any generic template could be.

The weekly calls and curriculum are designed to be digestible even with a full schedule. And having an expert guide means no wasted time getting bogged down trying to figure it all out alone. You'll stay on track and make consistent progress.

No need to worry if you can't make a live call. You'll have access to the recordings so you don't miss anything. However, the live component provides big benefits - you can submit questions in advance for me to cover, bring your specific questions for tailored feedback, or direct message me at any point during the program. No question will go unanswered.
You can also workshop your questions and ideas with the dedicated community of your cohort mates. Having that group support and ability to learn from others on the same path is a core component of the Community Foundations Summer cohort experience.
